Payment, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Payment
ALL lessons must be paid in full prior to the lesson. Preferably at time of booking. If payment hasn't been received, your space may be passed on. Bank transfer or cash is accepted.

Cancellations
Cancellations are classed as complete cancellation of the lesson with no rebooking, more than 15 mins late for the lesson time and no shows.
If cancelled within 48hrs of the lesson 50% of the lesson fee fee will be issued
Early cancellation, prior to 48hrs before the lesson, will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling
Reschedules are classed as moving the lesson to a later time or date within 10 days of the original lesson time.
Block bookings must reschedule within the 8 week period of the block unless on the last week where the 10 day reschedule applies.
If rescheduling cannot meet the 10 day allowance it will be classed as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply

Exceptions
If I have to cancel the lesson for whatever reason, you will be notified at the earliest possible time and offered a reschedule or full refund
If I am running late, you will be notified at the earliest possible time. If you cannot make the later time, you will be offered a reschedule or free cancellation.
If you are running 15mins or more late and I cannot over run due to other commitments, this will be classed as a cancellation.
If I am away for the rescheduling window and cannot offer you any dates in that time, the window may be increased at my discretion.

Weather
In the event of EXTREME weather, reschedules or free cancellation may be accepted. Extreme weather is classed as proceeding with the lesson would be of DANGER to horse and rider e.g deep snow, frozen arena, heavy rain, high winds, high temperatures.
