Times, Payment and Cancellation

Times

Times will be sent out FIVE days before the clinic date by email to the address provided at the booking. You may have to check your junk folder and approve the address if this is your first time receiving email from this service.

If you have a time request, or wish to be grouped with friends, you can message me and I will do my best to accommodate or as near to that time as possible.

I don't have time slots open to be booked online for clinics because the groups need to be completed with similar abilities and to avoid large gaps in the day.

Payment

Click on the clinic at the venue you wish to attend, if there are multiple dates at this venue you will be able to select the date from the drop down menu of dates. Click BOOK NOW and you will be taken to a page which guides you through to online payment. Only slots booked this way will be issued a time for the clinic.

Cancellation

Once times are released, five days before the clinic date, I have committed to the venue and cannot offer a refund or transfer from this point. You can replace the rider taking part.

If you need to cancel or wish to transfer before the times are sent out I can provide a full refund minus the booking fee or move you to another clinic date. 

​

Should you need to cancel on the day, please let me know at your earliest convenience.

​

If the clinic is cancelled, your entry will be automatically moved to the next clinic date at the same venue or you will be offered a full refund minus the booking fee.

Please endeavour to be punctual. If you are running late, I will still need to keep to time for the other clients, so I cannot guarantee that you will get a full session. However, it may be possible for you to join a later session if space allows
