Cancelation Policy

I understand that horses will be horses and sometimes unexpected circumstances do happen. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I respectfully request at least 24hrs notice Any cancellation made less than 24hrs before a session will not be refunded. Sessions may be rescheduled in the next 7 days for £5 admin fee Any cancellation of Clinic sessions after times are released will not be refunded unless your place can be filled. It is not possible to reschedule Clinic spaces unless your place has been filled and a £5 admin fee If you are late for your session, you may not be able to receive the full time or I may not be able accommodate you. You will still be charged for the full time If I cancel or reschedule due to extreme weather or personal circumstance then you will not incur any fee
